II Tim. 3:16 says “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.” Inspired by this passage, we start every service by saying that our mission is to Seek the Word, Sing the Word, Heed the Word, and Send the Word. We sing songs from different eras and styles – including classic hymns, modern hymns, psalms, and praise songs; but the unifying theme is that we sing songs in which the word of Christ dwells richly.
About Us
We desire to simply following the model laid out in the book of Acts. We seek to communicate the love of the truth of the Word of God. We believe that all have sinned (Romans 3:23) and need the gift of God’s forgiveness by believing in His Son Jesus Christ who died on the cross for our sins that we might have everlasting life (John 3:16). We desire to live out a new life in Jesus Christ, hold out hope and forgiveness to the world around us and seek a daily relationship with the Living God who has redeemed us.

New Liberty meets on Sunday Mornings at 10:30AM to worship the Lord. Our services are traditional in nature. We believe that the Bible is extremely relevant in the 21st centruy and that the communication of His truth draws us all nearer to Him. Our message is one that has been handed down through the centuries from those who have found faith and forgiveness in Jesus Christ. Join us! We believe in the words of Psalm 122:1, “I was glad when they said to me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.”
Prayer and Bible Study
Wednesday, 5:00 PM
Peter wrote in I Peter 5:7, “Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” We believe that there is a loving heavenly Father who hears our grief and pain, our joy and gladness, and our confusion and doubts. Our time of intercession is for the purpose of lifting up our hearts and petitioning a living God who delights to be a “burden bearer.” Come join us and find what King David found so many years ago when he declared in Psalm 34:6, “This poor man cried out, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.”
Small Group
Sunday, 9:25 AM
On Sunday morning before corporate worship, we gather together to study God’s Word in a small group setting. This time offers rich dialogue about the Bible. Those in attendance are able to ask questions and engage in conversation. During this time, we seek to study and grow in the Word, and to sharpen one another as brothers and sisters in Christ.
